I'm a computer programming student working on a small project for dental clinics.

What is this project?

This is a lightweight website chatbot concept designed for dental clinics. It does not replace receptionists or booking systems.

What does the chatbot do?

• • Answers common patient questions about the clinic (address, phone number, opening hours, general information)
• • Engages website visitors outside working hours
• • Collects inquiry details such as:
• - Patient name
• - Requested treatment
• - New or existing patient
• - Preferred date and time range

The chatbot never books or confirms appointments.

Why this exists

The goal is to reduce receptionist workload and prevent missed website inquiries. Everything is optional and can be customized for each clinic.

Proof

This concept has been tested with clinics in Germany and Turkey and received positive feedback.
